I figured you will probably like this. it’s a short film produced by fellow magician Benjamin Beardsley. He shared it on Chaos Magick Facebook Group and agreed that I post it here The password to access the film is ‘power’. Enjoy!
This is an article about Lykov’s familly. They lived hiding in taiga 150 miles away from nearest settlement, literrally in the middel of nowhere. They escaped religious presecution in Soviet Union in 1936 and stayed there. Only one of the famillty mebers survived till this day and she still lives in Taiga. The story is trully fascinating and bizzare.http://www.smithsonianmag.com/history-archaeology/For-40-Years-This-Russian-Family-Was-Cut-Off-From-Human-Contact-Unaware-of-World-War-II-188843001.html
I was really excited to discover a film about Agafia, the only surviving member of their family. I regret it’s not a feature film and that Werner Herzog didn’t film it. Highly reccomended insight into strangness of human (and) nature.
Friends took me to Avebury yesterday. It is the biggest stone circle I’ve seen so far. Really impressive. Some stones are around 3 meters high or maybe even more. The circle surrounds Avebury village and there is also an avenue leading to the circle. It’s two stone rows running parallel to each other. Unfortunately quite a lots of stones are missing.
It had to be an absolutely amazing place before the stones were taken away and village was built. i have to admit the weather wasn’t the best, it was rather windy and it was raining heavily all day. I will definitely visit Avebury some time later this year when the weather is nicer and there isn’t anything happening at the circle. There were at least two different groups having a celebration in a circle and there was at least one hand-fasting happening too. I would love to see the place when it’s quiet and no one is around.
